Classes-Training-Consulting Services
FVIP (Family Violence Intervention Program) Court-mandated classes for Anger Management and Parenting classes. Our Blended Learning Options include Instructor-Led Content, e-Learning, LMS, Videos, Zoom, and more. Soft Skills Training Materials to teach in the workplace. We also provide REFERRALS, ASSESSMENTS, BEHAVIORAL CONTRACTS, and PARENTING PLANNING AGREEMENTS.
Certified Anger Management Specialist
A Comprehensive Approach
Anger is frequently a result of frustration, or of feeling blocked or thwarted from something that people feel is important. We offer several options to attend or program. Or classes give clients peace of mind. Classes are 7 days / 24 hours, most holidays included. Minimum class hours start at 12 hours (12 sessions) ranging to 24 and above depending on requirements.
Certified Parenting Instructor Training
Expert Guidance
Parenting coaches, goals are to change lives and strengthen family bonds. With guidance, our skilled and experienced coaches will assist parents with stress-related issues, child behavioral problems, parenting through divorce, and more. Classes are not offered 24/7 Hours. Classes are flexible to meet clients' needs. Some services offered by phone or online (Zoom).
Certified Professional Life Coach
The Path to Success
Certified professional life coaches. A life coach is a relationship between an accredited life coach and the client. Which is designed to tap into their full potential. Our coaches will inspire and empower the client to be proactive. We provide coaching for couples, singles, groups, youth, team building, corporate, relationship, and court-ordered services. Our coaches also specialize in Christian coaching. Accountability is key. H.O.T. coaches are committed to growth and productivity.
Clients will receive 15 min to meet with a coach before the first session. Sessions are set at 3,6,9 and 12. After the client has met the agreement of sessions, the client can be placed on an as-need basis. Sessions are provided by, Text, Email, Phone, Virtual, or in Person. **Special sponsorship for payment assistance can be provided by Abundant Manna, Inc. to those who meet the requirements. Sliding scale.**
FAMILY VIOLENCE INTERVENTION PROGRAM
Family Violence Intervention Program (FVIP)
Working to bridge the gaps between education and awareness. While focusing on rebuilding relationships through intervention and communication skills. Classes are available morning, afternoon, evenings, and weekends. In-person and Zoom classes are offered. Class weekly fee is $30. Registration/orientation not included in weekly fee.
This is a 24-week program that is usually ordered by the court or DFCS for parents or other family members who have offended. Voluntary participation (self-pay) are also welcome.

SHOPLIFTING AND THEFT PREVENTION
CERTIFIED SHOPLIFTING AND THEFT PREVENTION PROVIDER
$150 fee, of which $75 is paid at the time of registration for the intake fee and $10 for the workbook. The balance is paid in $25 installments per session. Discount if paid in advance, total $130 total, which includes intake, book, and all five sessions. $200 “full-day” alternative (includes intake and book).

Processing and regaining oneself through life’s journey’s of trauma and the lose of someone or something we held dear. It will help to recover and reverse an undesirable situation return to a preferable state of being to some sense of normalcy through “trusting the process of time.”

Coach Joewona is an entrepreneur ranging from Early Childhood (Certified), Certified Peace Officer (P.O.S.T.), Certified Professional Life Coach, Certified Anger Management Specialist, Certified Parent Instructor, she's certified as a Substitute Teacher, Certified Behavior Technician, Program Administrator Specialist in youth mentoring. She is currently studying to become a Drug and Alcohol Counselor. Coach J., sits on 4 boards as well as her county school Title 1 committee. Although she studied and completed her dream of becoming a Cosmetologist she begins and ends her days as a Minister of the Gospel (Ambassador J). Her journey is about love and compassion. After the loss of her younger sibling at the age of 28. She vowed to help those who deal with anger and pain. Stemming from domestic and family violence to just needing a cheerleader to get you back in motion. –H.O.T
